Q: Who is a "Returning Parent"
A: If you had a child "Registered" with CTA for the previous academic year, then you are "Returning Parent" or sometimes referred to as "Existing User". CTA has information about you and we will auto-fill those data in the Registration forms, to make it easy for you, when you "Register"
Q: Who is a "New Parent"
A: CTA has no information on you. You did not have your child at CTA for the previous academic year.
Q: Who is a "Returning Student" or an "Existing Student"
A: A child who was at CTA for the previous academic year. Your child's 'Grade' level has been assigned already.
Q: Who is a "New Student"
A: A child who was not with CTA for the previous academic year. A new student can be "Registered" by a "Returning Parent" or a "New Parent".
Q: How does a "Returning Parent" register a "Returning Student"
A: Follow the procedures described in Procedure for Returning Parents for Returning Student help section.
Q: How does a "Returning Parent" register a "New Student"
